With a background in fine arts and several years of experience as an educator, my perspective on art transcends visual, verbal, or audacious expressions. I see life as a form of art that cannot be mastered without a harmonious balance in both physical and mental well-being. Thus, the integration of health and fitness into each person’s lifestyle is crucial. This conviction has led me to identify as a "fitness artist," emphasizing the integration of health and fitness into my lifestyle.
After achieving this goal in my personal life, as I progressed, I witnessed the transformative effects on friends and family. One memorable instance was when a close friend, struggling with chronic pain and low energy, approached me for guidance. Through personalized workouts and a focus on holistic well-being, I helped her not only regain her strength but also discover a newfound sense of vitality and confidence. Seeing her transformation ignited a passion within me to extend this support to others, inspiring them to embrace healthier habits and prioritize self-care in their own lives.
Driven by a desire to help others maintain their well-being and prevent injuries during training, I pursued various personal trainer and fitness certifications. However, I don't define myself a personal trainer, I identify myself as a “fitness artist” with the desire to help other to learn how to work out and develop a healthy lifestyle in their daily life. My approach to goal is flexible, inclusive, personalized based on everyone's needs, capacities, goals, age, and their health and fitness background.
